PROMSGS is set correctly to DLC/prolang/isl/promsgs.isl
Progress session uses correct -cpinternal and -cpstream settings
CAUSE:
This is a known issue - promsgs.isl have been incorrectly compiled with a wrong header inside
FIX:
Contact Progress TechSupport in order to get a correct promsgs.isl file
