Record Band Line produces duplicate records
Master Table has a join defined for a related table.
Related table should only have one matching record for any record in the Master table
CAUSE:
the field pairs in the specified join were incorrect. There were two different records in the related table with the same value for the field that was used in the field pair. The field used was not the field(s) that uniquely identify the record.
FIX:
Add the correct field pairs to the join so that the records in the related table are unique.
