SYMPTOM(s):
The user cannot use the BACKSPACE or Arrow keys in certain OCX controls that present an HTML Editor interface.
Unable to use keyboard navigation for the kkHTMLEditor ActiveX control
The keyboard cursor/arrow keys and the backspace key do not work in the kkHTMLEditor ActiveX control
This issue only happens in Progress 9.1D after installing Service Pack 9.

Bug# 20041112-006
FIX:
Upgrade to 9.1E01, 10.0B02, 10.1A or any newer version or service pack.
