SYMPTOM(s):
Progress 9.1D0980
Report Builder
Pages are collated (i.e. page 1, page 2, page 1, page 2 etc.) when printing
Original behaviour, prior to upgrade, was to print uncollated (i.e. page 1, page 1, page 2, page 2 etc.)
Occurs with both Report Builder Designer and Runtime Engine
Other applications are not affected
Using the version of the printer drivers supplied with Windows 20003
CHANGE:
Upgraded from Progress 8.3x to Progress 9.1D
CHANGE:
Upgraded from Windows NT 4.0 to Windows 2003
CAUSE:
Printer settings on the server were not configured. Report Builder is dependant upon printer driver for the majority of its print options.
FIX:
Configure printer driver settings on the server to disable page collation
