Dynamics hooks defined in rtp_evnt.p don't fire
Compiling rtp_evnt.p solves the problem for the current Progress session
Restarting Roundtable, the hooks again doesn't fire
CAUSE:
The databases are not connected at the time rtp_evnt.p first run
FIX:
Go to the "Connect workspace database" option in Admin > Preferences - under the Databases section: change it to YES.
