FACT(s) (Environment):
Windows 2000 Advanced Server
Windows 2003
SYMPTOM(s):
Can't install Progress on WIN 2000 Server
Immc - Can not change to destination folder
Microsoft VM - Can not change to destination folder
HTML Help - Can not change to destination folder
CAUSE:
User was logged into the machine as a Domain Administrator. The Domain Administrator did not have local Administrator rights.
FIX:
Log into the machine as the "Local Administrator". At the log in screen choose "This Machine" instead of a Domain name to be certain you are the local Administrator
