It is always saved the record in tab page 1, whilst you are in another page

CAUSE:
This is the expected default behavior. When you have two toolbar in the same container, with toolbars will be added to the window menu, with only the first of the toolbars having shortcut keys.
FIX:
Set both toolbar's option to 'Remove menu from menu bar on hide' to true using the Object Properties. This should ensure that ONLY the toolbar on the visible page is inserted to the menu.
The shortcut keys should be added to the visible menu since there are no conflicting menu at creation time.
