FIX:
The sticky bit appears to cause the entire database files to lock themselves into memory, depending on the operating system.
Depending on the system and available resources, this could be very detrimental. Even if you had a system with available resources to achieve this, Progress has not performed any testing to determine whether there is any benefit of doing so. If you wish to use the sticky bit, then you should only proceed with great caution as you could cause a system crash by lack of swap space.
You would most likely be better off using a larger -B to utilize the available memory.
