FIX:
For a host-based application using self-service clients, client networking does not need to be installed on the server machine. For remote clients, client networking does need to be installed.
Client Networking provides networking support for 4GL and SQL-89 client access to a remote Progress RDBMS or Progress Dataserver. It includes application execution system, SQL Client Access, and Win32 character client support.
