Correct version of java is being used
The oss630a patch has been installed on the OS level
Kernel parameters MAXUP MAX_PROC NOFILES have been increased
CAUSE:
The machine is running out of the physical memory (128 MB in this case)
FIX:
Increase the amount of physical RAM or increase your swap file accordingly.
