SYMPTOM(s):
management.properties file is not removed from the progress properties directory
Unglue script is run to unglue Fathom from Progress install
Fathom console installed
Console is setup to host remote containers
AdminServer won't start if this install is setup as fathom remote client
(warning) Failed to obtain full container configuration, retrying...
CAUSE:
This is a known issue being investigated by Development
FIX:
The management.properties file can be deleted or moved through OS commands
