SYMPTOM(s):
Proinst fails to install Progress in existing directory structure with error:
Error: Destination cannot be the current working directory
Proinst is ran from /tmp directory
No files exist in created directory
Inodes diplayed using' ls -i ' between /tmp and the installation directory are not the same
Install directory is mounted on a remote file system
Installation is not being performed using the root
Installed directory has permissions of 777

FIX:
Point installation directory to a directory that does not exist:
For example to install into the /usr/Progress/dlc directory only create the Progress directory under the /usr directory and point the installation utiliyt to the /usr/Progress/dlc directory
