FIX:
The method setFetchSize() is implemented in the JDBC drivers shipped with OpenEdge 10.1A and later.
There is no way to set the Fetch Array Size with the JDBC drivers shipped with lower versions of Progress/OpenEdge, where it is set to a default of 50.
