No. Fathom/OpenEdge Replication 10.0B, unlike Fathom Replication 2.0A and earlier, gets installed with the core Progress products in the DLC directory. Specifically, FHAR 10.0B and 3.0A need to be installed in the same directory as an Enterprise database license.
