WebSpeed Workshop does not correctly save the file with international characters
Saving the file containing extended characters from the Workshop editor causes corruption
Using MS Internet Explorer with WebSpeed workshop
WebSpeed agents started using -cpinternal iso8859-1 -cpstream iso8859-1
CAUSE:
MS Internet Explorer submits the file using UTF-8 code page regardless of encoding settings
FIX:
Modify the WebSpeed agent's startup parameters to use -cpinternal utf-8 using
the Progress Explorer 'Agent startup parameters',
or
changing the ubroker.properties WebSpeed broker's section to add the startup parameter manually:
srvrStartupParam=-p web\objects\web-disp.p -weblogerror -cpinternal utf-8 -cpstream iso8859-1
