SYMPTOM(s):
Report Builder Engine _printrb
-T is set to a directory on the local system
_printrb errors out with the following in its staus file:
RO-ERROR-CODE=J
RO-ERROR-MESSAGE=Cannot open control file
RO-PAGES=0
C:\TEMP\p10582RB.TXT
CHANGE:
McAfee 8.0i Enterprise was installed
CAUSE:
McAfee 8.0i Enterprise had "access protection" enabled for the -T directory.
FIX:
Two ways to resolve this issue:
1. Move the -T directory a place where McAfee doesn't have "access protection" enabled.
2. Configure McAfee to disable "access protection" on Progress related files and directories.
