Does Progress use or rely on WINS (Windows Internet Naming Service)?
FIX:
WINS (Windows Internet Naming Service)) is a service that allocates and maintains IP addresses to machines.
This is a layer that is transparent to Progress. Progress and WebSpeed should work with whatever system the operating system is using for IP address resolution - DNS, NIS, /etc/hosts. Progress and WebSpeed aren't dependent on WINS.
