GET-BUFFER-HANDLE returns value on non-existing buffer
When there's only one buffer defined and GET-BUFFER-HANDLE is called on a non-existing buffer it returns the handle of the existing buffer. It should return an unknown value (?) instead.
CAUSE:
This is a known issue being investigated by Development
