Started the 4GL client session using command like:
C:\Progress\OpenEdge100B\bin\prowin32.exe -p _ab -proxyhost localhost -proxyport 4444
Starting the SOAP Spy Tool viewer using the command:
proenv>prosoapview
FACT(s) (Environment):
Windows
OpenEdge 10.x
CAUSE:
The ProSoapview needs to be in active spying mode.
FIX:
Do the following steps before running the Web sevice application:
1. Start the SOAP Spy Tool a proenv window:
proenv>prosoapview
2. From main menu of the SOAP Spy Tool Select:
Spy -> Start Spying
