SYMPTOM(s):
There is no way to customize the .NET (dotNET) assembly from within the Proxy Generator (ProxyGen).
There is no way to enter the name of the assembly.
Unable to use a prefixed DLL name.
There is no way to specify the output directory for the assembly to prevent it from being stored in the namespace subdirectory.
The default DLL location is not the top level directory.

CAUSE:
This is expected behavior. This is currently a limit of the Proxy Generator.
FIX:
Manually move and rename the assembly (DLL) once it has been created.
