Fathom Management
FIX:
A default action and the Default_Mail_Action as defined by Fathom may be edited, but they may not be deleted or renamed.
Once a resource monitor exists the following rules applies:
Actions that are assigned to the resource may be updated at any time.
Any action that is in use by a resource should not be deleted.
When an action is deleted that is currently in use a zombie process will result.
To remove the zombie process the AdminServer must be stopped and started.
