Fathom Management console not properly displaying local Ubroker status
Ubrokers are running, but Fathom status shows them as not running
FACT(s) (Environment):
Fathom Management 3.0A

CAUSE:
The problem is a timing issue between the startup of the Sonic portions of the Fathom Adminserver and the remote Progress only Adminserver.
FIX:
Upgrade to Fathom Management 3.0A01. As a workaround, stop and restart the Fathom Adminserver.
