Errors 146, 443 and 8117 when launching the AppServer
Error 8117 in AppServer Broker log file
Error in 146 and 443 in the AppServer Server log file
** Could not find terminal type ansi in file /dlc/protermcap. (146)
Unable to use your terminal. Check your PROTERMCAP file. (443)
IOException reading message from server : java.io.EOFException: pipe to server broken (8117)

CAUSE:
TERM is not being recognized by the AdminServer process
FIX:
Add TERM to the environment section of the AppServer broker in the ubroker.properties file.
Shut down the AdminServer and Edit the ubroker.properties file:

Restart the Adminserver and launch the Appserver.
