How can Fathom for Management WebSpeed agents that were auto-configured on install, but are not being used on the server, be removed?

Fathom Management
FIX:
Resources that are found in the ubroker.properties file are automatically configured in Fathom at startup time.
To remove the item from Fathom, it must be removed from the ubroker.properties file first. Once it is removed from the ubroker.properties file, then the resource may be deleted from Fathom Management Console.
