WebSpeed application does not show accented characters in a browser
German and French characters are not properly rendered in a browser
Database has ISO8895-1 code page
All WebSpeed code page related parameters are set to ISO8859-1
Character interface application through the telnet terminal emulation software used to populate the data
CAUSE:
The actual data stored in the database was not in the ISO8859-1 code page.
FIX:
Correct the data in the database to be in the ISO8859-1 code page.
