No, there is no utility to convert a non-SmartWindow Object into a SmartWindow Object. Progress does have a SmartObject Conversion Utility, which facilitates the process of upgrading (loading and saving) SmartObjects from Version 8 to Version 9. However, Progress does not have a tool that transforms a regular (non-smart) object into a smart object.
