SYMPTOM(s):
WebSpeed Broker crashes when connecting to DB
** Could not connect to server for database <DATABASE>, errno <ERRNO>. (1432)
** Could not connect to server for database \\abc\db1, errno 0. (1432)
ServerSocketsIPC <operation> IOException : <IOException_string> : <IOExceptionMsg_string> (8127)
ServerSocketsIPC read() IOException : java.io.EOFException : NULL (8127)
ServerIPCException in <funcName> : <ServerIPCException_string>. (8119)
ServerIPCException in getServerIPCMsg() : ServerIPC error. (8119)
CAUSE:
Agent cannot connect to the DB.
FIX:
Verify the following:
1) That the DB is started.
2) That the port used to connect the DB isn't blocked by a Firewall.
3) That a correct port number or service name is being used for the WebSpeed agent.
