Progress installation routine fails with ini2reg.exe - entry point not found error
Error:
ini2reg.exe entry point not found.
Procedure entry point getprocessflags could not be located in the dynamic link library kernel32.dll
CAUSE:
Anti-virus software preventing Progress installation program from tailoring registry entries.
FIX:
Disable Anti-Virus software and re-run the Progress installation program. Re-enable Anti-Virus software after installing and rebooting.
