Error uninstalling Fathom Management on Windows
The file %FATHOMENV%\dlc\SonicMQ\jre13\BIN\CLASSIC\actpanel.dll is READ-ONLY. Please remove the READ-ONLY attribute from all files and restart Uninstall.
Error message for every file in SonicMQ set READ-ONLY
CAUSE:
Development are aware that SonicMQ file is set to read-only after installation of Fathom Management
FIX:
No fix at the time of writting, the following workaround is proposed:
Steps:
1.) Remove the vpd.properties file in the System directory
2) From a DOS prompt, select the Fathom Management install directory and uncheck the read-only tag from the SonicMQ file and all subfolders:
<Fathom Management install directory>\DLC\SonicMQ>attrib -R /S /D
3) Then start the uninstall again from the Fathom Management Uninstall icon.
