SYMPTOM(s):
Install process hangs using 100% of one hyperthread
Hang happens after selecting next, once all the codes are entered
Running with currently uncertified service pack 2 on XP

Progress 8.3E
Windows XP
CAUSE:
The exact cause is unknown at the time of this writing
FIX:
1. Kill the install process
2. Run the install process again
