_mprosrv dies a few seconds after database is initiated
Log presents a series of errors (3694)
Work Load Manager is enabled on system
SIGTERM received. (3694)
SIG 15 being issued by WLM
CAUSE:
This is not a Progress problem. The WLM is managing the resources and shuting down Progress processes
Using WLM which is prioritizing processes and disconnecting Progress servers.
Work Load Manager. The MVS WLM provides automatic, dynamic balancing of system resources (processor cycles and storage) across an MVS sysplex.
FIX:
disable WLM
To disable WLM just stop the WLM process
