Installed Progress
Windows are distorted in application
Height is reduced
Width is reduced
Session attributes are changed
WIDTH-CHARS is reduced
HEIGHT-CHARS is reduced
Happens for one user only
Users have separate logins
CAUSE:
The exact cause of this issue is unknown at the time of this writing.
FIX:
In the Startup folder, change DefaultFont to be FixedSys, size=8 (originally, it is MS Sans Serif, size=8) and blank out the value for DefaultFixedFont (originally, it is Courier New, size=8).
