error 484: "** Attempt to modify schema during run-time or query session.".
Is it required to have a development license to deploy a Dynamics application?
Is it required to have a development license to upgrade a Dynamics application (apply a service pack)?
CAUSE:
Known issue, development aware. See Progress Solution P27098 "Is a Dynamics Development license needed to import .ADO files?"
A compiler license is required when the DCU performs schema changes in the repository. They are plans to remove this restriction in a future release of Dynamics.
FIX:
Use a machine that has a Development License to prepare the icfdb database.
