Cannot open library <lib-name>. (1930)
** "<file-name>" was not found. (293)
Error happens on _progres character client
Progress procedure libraries contains "_" in the names
FACT(s) (Environment):
Progress 9.1D
CHANGE:
Install Progress 9.1D09
CAUSE:
The character "_" that is part of the procedure library name causes _progres to fail loading the programs
FIX:
Upgrade to 9.1E or 10.0B
If the upgrade is not a feasible option, remove the "_" character from the procedure library name as a workaround.
