Broker disappeared, updating <file-name>.lk file (4194).
Database crashes with 4194
.bi file not growing beyond 2 GB.
WDOG detected database broker was no longer running
Database re-starts after crash
CAUSE:
Broker process is no longer running on operating system.
FIX:
Restart database broker.
