Cannot update a template record without a schema lock (12376)
The metachema template record that provides initial values can be updated directly with 4GL prior to OpenEdge. With OpenEdge this is no longer allowed.
CAUSE:
This is an intentional change in OpenEdge 10.
FIX:
Use the Data Dictionary to define initial values and update the template record.
