<file-name> in use by <user> on <tty>. Wait or choose CANCEL to stop. (2624)
User is holding a record lock.
CAUSE:
Record is locked on the database server, not the client.
FIX:
Run Promon <dbname, take option 1. User Control, and disconnect the user holding the record lock.
