OpenEdge 10.0B
SYMPTOM(s):
Screen Capture Utility gives the following two error messages:
Could no locate Windows palette!
Image could not be created!
Windows Display Settings - Colors: True Type colors (32bit)
Works fine in OpenEdge 10.0A
Changing Windows Display settings to 256 colors: the Screen Capture Utility works fine also in OpenEdge 10.0B
CAUSE:
This is a known issue being investigated by Development
FIX:
Use Windows PrintScreen feature to copy the screen into the Windows Clipboard:
- to copy the entire screen press the PrintScreen button
- to copy only the current window use press ALT-PrintScreen.
