Received error (1379) when attempting to create a new database using the prodb command to copy sports2000.
You are not allowed to connect to a database in $DLC. (1379)

CAUSE:
Running the prodb command to create a copy of the sports2000 database in the DLC directory or its subdirectories. You cannot connect to a database under these circumstances by design.
FIX:
Do not attempt to create a database in the DLC directory or any of its sub directories
The following is the easiest method to create a database with prodb in windows:
1. Select the Proenv icon from the Progress Program Group ( Proenv will set the environment and add required locations to the PATH)
2. Run cd to move to an acceptable directory for your new database
3. Run prodb <dbname> sports2000
