Child windows disappear when using Citrix clients
Child windows do not restore when the parent window is restored
Child windows are run persistently
Application is published on the Citrix server in seamless mode
Using the Citrix ICA Client version 8 (PN Client)
CAUSE:
This is caused by a regression bug in the Citrix ICA Client version 8.
FIX:
Contact Citrix for a fix.
- OR -
Downgrade to a previous Citrix ICA Client (e.g. version 6 or 7).
- OR -
Right-click on the minimized parent window and choose "Restore". This will bring back the child windows as long as you consequently keep using this method.
