Menu and Toolbar objects are not enabled.
Enable rules have been defined for the object.
Enable rule gives syntax error.
Brackets used in the rules.
CAUSE:
Rules do not support bracketing.
FIX:
Remove the brackets around the rules.
Complex logical may require you to create your own function and then reference it in the rules.
