SYMPTOM(s):
The startAgent parameter doesn't start an agent, it just tells the replication server to try and connect to one/all agents.
CAUSE:
Enhancement Request# 20040617-001
FIX:
This Enhancement has not been implemented in the product.
To start a Fathom Replication agent, you must stop and then restart the target database with syntax similar to:
proserve <dbname> -DBService replagent -S 4501
