SYMPTOM(s):
Dynamics Translation does not work with static SDV inside static smartFrame
Data Fields cannot be translated when they are on a static SmartDataViewer inside a static smartFrame.
Static smartDataFields such as a smartSelect cannot be translated when they are on a static viewer.
Translation of the static smartFolder TAB labels does not work.

FIX:
Upgrade to Dynamics 2.1A03, OpenEdge 10.0B or later release
