Before-table and after-table go out of sync if transaction is rolled back
Changes to before-table are lost if transaction is rolled back

CAUSE:
Bug# OE00103217
CAUSE:
The before-table is always UNDO even if the temp-table itself isn't. Because of this, the ERROR-STRING, ERROR and REJECTED attributes are rolled back if they are updated within a transaction and this transaction is subsequently undone.
FIX:
Upgrade to 10.0B or later
