SYMPTOM(s):
Dynamics Beta 2. When a comment is present with the 'Auto Display' selected, it will not auto display.
CAUSE:
When a comment is present with the 'Auto Display' selected, it will not auto
display and the comments button will not indicate the presence of a comment
(it does not change appearance).
This functionality seems to be active only after a session restart (or a screen restart). When the comment is added, nothing will indicate that fact.

FIX:
The fix will be implemented in Dyn 2.0A02
