FACT(s) (Environment):
A scan using dbrpr shows no bad blocks or bad records.

ORUpgrade to OpenEdge 10.0A or later
Workaround:
As a temporary workaround, rebuilding the indexes will resolve the problem. The errors will likely return in the future unless you apply one of the Fixes listed above.
