Default Century (-yy) Startup Parameter has changed to 1950

The default century startup parameter (-yy) has changed from 1900
to 1950 in 7.3E, 8.1B and 8.2A.
The default has been changed to accomodate the next century.

The following is from the PRODUCT UPDATE BULLETIN for Version 8.2 :

Some Progress applications reserve only two digit date formats for the
year. For these applications, when -yy is set at 1950, PROGRESS
determines if the two-digit value in DATE is greater or less than 50.
If the DATE value is greater than 50, PROGRESS writes the date for
the twentieth century. If the DATE is less than 50, PROGRESS writes
the date for the twent-first century. For example, if you start
PROGRESS with -yy 1950, years 50-99 are treated as 1950-1999, and year
00-49 are treated as 2000-2049.

** PLEASE NOTE : The default -yy remains UNCHANGED for REPORT BUILDER.
It is still 1900.
