CAUSE:
Missing the correspondent DELETE OBJECT <buffer-name> for a CREATE BUFFER <buffer-name> FOR TABLE <table-name> statement.
FIX:
Add "DELETE OBJECT <buffer-name>" statement where appropriate so that the dynamic buffer is properly deleted
