Problems migrating applications with OCX's to 9.1D06 from earlier versions
CAUSE:
prox.dll has changed in 9.1D06 and the application of the patch did not update the registry key of the prox.dll. This left the local registry key pointing to the older version of the prox.dll. This is a side effect of the fix of bug 20030304-002.
FIX:
Future install; 9.1D09 and beyond; procedures will ensure that all .dll will be registered properly.
