CAUSE:
Bug# 20030424-004
FIX:
Upgrade to Dynamics 2.1A / 10.0A or above
To workaround on affected version:
Steps:
-Start a dev session against the upgraded repository
-From Administration menu->Deployment->Dataset Import
-Select the icf/ry/uib directory and fetch file list
-Select the rydynframw.ado and load it in the database.
-Restart your session and try to save a new DynaFrame
